Blake's expertise in the industry also caught the attention of TV producers and he was featured on popular reality shows such as "Toddlers and Tiaras" and "Eden's World" on TLC and Logo Network.

Blake's influence in the pageant industry extended globally, as he held some of the first child beauty pageants in the UK and Ireland. He took great care in ensuring that these pageants were run in a fair, safe and enjoyable manner, and they quickly became hugely popular.

Despite his success in the pageant industry, Blake felt a desire to explore new opportunities and challenge himself in different ways. This led him to discover his passion for real estate, drawn to the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the industry. He decided to pursue a career in real estate and quickly found success in investing in commercial properties for the past 10 years.
